- Run global workplace operations - specifically InTune, Client (SSCM), Mobile Device Management (InTune) and Azure Active Directory operations utilizing Microsoft 365 technologies
- Support transition of new solutions into operations
- Build knowledge to support new features
- Ensure sustainable operations and integration with other Solution Areas
- Troubleshoot issues raised by Global Service Desk/Level 1 Support
- Support design for operational change requests
- Assist in reducing end user incidents and assessing technical change requests
- Act as technical support for implementation projects and initiatives
- Collaborate to build expertise across the Operations Team.
- At least 1 year of experience and knowledge in solution design within an Enterprise environment.
- Excellent English skills (min. C1 level).
- Familiarity with Microsoft products including O365, Azure, Intune, SCCM, etc.
- Experience with Intune for deploying applications and configurations, and knowledge of packaging applications and troubleshooting installations including powershell scripting.
- Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving approach.
