- Maintain their own sales territory (sales targets, pipelines, and customers).
- Maintain focus on opportunity pipelines for assigned reps to support category revenue goals.
- Develop and maintain consistent forecasting accuracy and report forecasting updates to District Manager.
- Contribute to development of marketing and sales strategies to support growth targets in categories.
- Assess local market trends around potential challenges and opportunities to grow business.
- Ensures all sales and customer issues are addressed and responded to in a timely and professional manner. Investigates and resolves customer problems and/or complaints ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and maintain excellent relations with internal and external customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- As part of developing territory strategies and plans; leverages internal resources, service specialists, ComOps, Marketing, and other tools at their disposal to support growth and strategic initiatives.
