KEY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Specialist and Value Selling Consultant for a range of Process Solution
Territory coverage for assigned accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets
Successful in penetrating into targeted segments, completing assigned sales responsibilities; regular updating of Sales tools and sales reports.
Meeting Sales targets and agreed Key Performance Indicators.
Learn and apply product application, segment specified knowledge and regulatory compliance standards.
Consistent cross leads generation to other SBUs, divisions and evangelist to the MT brand
Leads generation through planned potentials accounts visits & marketing campaigns
Pipeline, KPI & customer management via heavy usage of CRM
leads follow-up & proactive penetration of identified accounts with high potential
Territory coverage for assigned accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets
Combine technical knowledge with sales skills to articulate technology and product positioning to both the business and technical users and ensure complete customer satisfaction through allsstages of the sales process
Technical Advisory and Product AdvocateØ Provide technology evaluation stage of the sales process, working in conjunction with the technical support team. Becoming a competent key technical advisor and product advocate for MT products Ø Communicate regulatory compliance requirement and applications effectively, demonstrating MT’s market leadership and expertise in the relevant fields
Ø Responsible for representing the solution to customers and to en ga g e cu s to mer s in the field wi th cu s to m er events such as conferences, seminars, c o u r s e etc
Ø Develop customer's staff by providing technical information and training. Conduct Negotiation to secure a win-win agreement with customer
Service Standards and Customer Relationship ManagementØ Determine improvements by analyzing cost-benefit ratios of equipment, supplies, or service applications in customer environment; or proposing changes in equipment, processes, or use of equipment or services
Ø Prepare cost estimates with related customer documents
Ø Gain customer acceptance by explaining or demonstrating cost reductions and operational improvements
Maintaining records of customer communication and sales activity in our CRM system
• Degree in any S c i e n c e / Engineering or related field from a reputable University
• Minimum 2 years working experience in sales/ laboratory position preferred
• Instrumentation/Laboratory sales or technical experience would be preferred
• Able to network across all levels and work well in a fast paced environment
• Understanding of sales & distribution with intermediate project management skills
• Independent with good communication, analytical and presentation skills
• Self motivated, result oriented and energetic with passion to succeed
• Sound business acumen particularly in identifying potentials and devising solutions to need.

• Willing to travel (within Philippines )
• A valid driving license and prepared to own a personal vehicle
