Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We’re looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to grow our industrial weighing systems business across the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You’ll be on the front lines with customers—helping them improve accuracy, efficiency, and performance with cutting-edge weighing technology. This role focuses on generating revenue by selling a wide range of industrial products, software, and services in the weighing and automation markets.

What You’ll Do

Build and grow a strong customer base through proactive prospecting, relationship management, and territory development.
Identify customer needs and create tailored weighing solutions that deliver measurable results.
Conduct on-site visits, demos, and presentations to showcase our products and capabilities.
Collaborate with technical, service, and engineering teams to ensure customers get top-tier solutions and support.
Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation through closing—and celebrate every win.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.
Represent the company at trade shows, plant visits, and industry events to expand your network and brand presence.

What You Need to Succeed

3–5 years of industrial or technical sales experience preferred—but if you’ve got the drive and people skills, we’ll train you.
A passion for B2B selling and building long-term customer partnerships.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to learn and explain technical concepts with confidence.
Highly self-motivated with a hunter mentality and commitment to results.
Comfortable managing your own schedule and territory.
Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region.
Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
