Industrial Field Sales Representative

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We’re looking for a driven Field Sales Representative to grow our industrial weighing systems business across the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You’ll be on the front lines with customers—helping them improve accuracy, efficiency, and performance with cutting-edge weighing technology. This role focuses on generating revenue by selling a wide range of industrial products, software, and services in the weighing and automation markets.

What You’ll Do 
  • Build and grow a strong customer base through proactive prospecting, relationship management, and territory development. 
  • Identify customer needs and create tailored weighing solutions that deliver measurable results. 
  • Conduct on-site visits, demos, and presentations to showcase our products and capabilities. 
  • Collaborate with technical, service, and engineering teams to ensure customers get top-tier solutions and support. 
  • Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation through closing—and celebrate every win. 
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies. 
  • Represent the company at trade shows, plant visits, and industry events to expand your network and brand presence.

What You Need to Succeed

  • 3–5 years of industrial or technical sales experience preferred—but if you’ve got the drive and people skills, we’ll train you. 
  • A passion for B2B selling and building long-term customer partnerships. 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Ability to learn and explain technical concepts with confidence. 
  • Highly self-motivated with a hunter mentality and commitment to results.
  • Comfortable managing your own schedule and territory. 
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned region. 
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
