Service Administration Specialist with German (all genders)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Join our Back-Office Team as a Service Administration Specialist (all genders), where you'll be responsible for supporting German market by handling administrative task with precision and efficiency.

Key responsibilities:
  • Process service orders, control quality and completeness of reports delivered by technicians,
  • Invoice of services, repairs and installations, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers,
  • Manage and update customer data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers,
  • Manage service contracts,
  • Handling customer inquiries,
  • Processing customer complaints (controlling quality of the created invoices and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, checking the correctness of the issued documents, issuing relevant corrections),
  • Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents, 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Very good knowledge of German (B2 level),
  • Very good knowledge of English and Polish (min. B2 level),
  • Well-developed MS Office skills,
  • Quick perception, excellent attention to detail
  • Focus on time frames,
  • Ability to work according to clearly defined rules,
  • 2-3 years' professional experience in similar positions (would be an asset)

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
