- Process service orders, control quality and completeness of reports delivered by technicians,
- Invoice of services, repairs and installations, ensure timely and accurate billing to customers,
- Manage and update customer data in the system based on information delivered by technicians or customers,
- Manage service contracts,
- Handling customer inquiries,
- Processing customer complaints (controlling quality of the created invoices and completeness of reports delivered by technicians, checking the correctness of the issued documents, issuing relevant corrections),
- Ensure complete and timely electronic archiving all relevant documents,
- Very good knowledge of German (B2 level),
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish (min. B2 level),
- Well-developed MS Office skills,
- Quick perception, excellent attention to detail
- Focus on time frames,
- Ability to work according to clearly defined rules,
- 2-3 years' professional experience in similar positions (would be an asset)
