- Installation of equipment
- Cross Lead & trusted advisor
- Attend to break-fix and customer technical issue
- Responsible for representing the service solution to customers and at field events such as troubleshooting, repair, calibration, verification, etc
- Attend to customers' technical inquiries and provide technical support to ensure customers' satisfaction
- Interact with customers’ technical teams
- Develop customer's staff by providing technical training.
- Self Development Plan: Problem solving skills.
- Self Improvement initiatives: Commitment to complete assessment and training plan within timeline.
- Degree/Diploma in Engineering or related field
- At least 2-3 years working experience in a Service environment
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
