- Provide technical support for laboratory products and software.
- Triage and respond to technical support requests, escalating as necessary to corresponding support teams.
- Serve as a supportive liaison between customers and internal business units.
- Create and send detailed technical customer reports.
- Train and demonstrate resolutions to technical support enquiries effectively.
- Organise and conduct product and software demonstrations on-site and off-site, utilising various technologies including our eStudio facility.
- Organise and conduct LabX software demonstrations and customer training sessions, both on-site and remotely.
- Visit customers to understand their processes and support the sales process by demonstrating our technical expertise.
- Assist in developing suitable LabX methods for various applications.
- Degree in a scientific field such as Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or Biotechnology.
- Strong practical understanding of laboratory instrumentation and software.
- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable presenting and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Valid driving license with willingness to travel occasionally.
