Key Roles Objectives
- Lead and coach telesales and inside-sales teams for lab solutions.
- Set and track monthly sales goals and KPIs; optimize team performance.
- Improve workflows and leverage Salesforce for actionable sales insights.
- Enhance PO order processing workflows and ensure customer support representative consistently follow established procedures.
- Launch local campaigns to promote pH instruments and lab consumables.
- Align with global marketing to unify messaging and boost impact.
- Track sales metrics and provide strategic growth recommendations.
- Drive sales via phone and digital outreach to targeted customers.
- Handle inbound requests from assigned accounts.
- Sell products and services proactively to T/O clients and prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Development
- Establish clear sales objectives, monitor team performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Conduct regular progress reviews, address challenges, and develop strategic action plans.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment by resolving internal conflicts and encouraging best practices in customer engagement and deal closure.
Process Optimization & Reporting
- Implement efficient sales processes to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.
- Analyze sales data to uncover trends, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Deliver insightful sales reports to senior management, highlighting performance and growth opportunities.
- Continuously refine workflows, including PO order processing, to reduce errors and improve coordination across teams.
Marketing & Customer Engagement
- Lead local marketing initiatives to increase visibility of pH instruments and lab consumables.
- Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to align messaging and share successful strategies.
- Monitor sales growth metrics of the initiated marketing initiatives and provide recommendations to accelerate revenue.
- Conduct outbound calls and digital outreach to target accounts
- Present tailored solutions based on customer needs and business profile
- Follow up on leads, quotes, and previous interactions to close sales
- Maintain a pipeline of active opportunities and update CRM regularly
Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in telesales or outbound sales, at least 5 years working experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

• Strong ability to motivate and manage a sales team
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation
• Skilled in setting clear goals and driving team accountability
