- Performing routine service and calibration of customer instruments to maximise uptime and ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.
- Completing ongoing training to continuously develop your skills and improve the customer experience.
- Strictly adhering to all Mettler Toledo Quality, Health, and Safety procedures to maintain a safe and consistent work environment in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers by providing expert guidance on the use and maintenance of their equipment, thereby strengthening customer relationships.
- Successfully passing an annual calibration competency test for a range of pipettes to maintain ongoing proficiency and compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail is crucial to deliver accurate calibration and servicing, ensuring our equipment consistently meets the highest standards.
- Previous experience with pipettes, whether through education or work, is advantageous but not required. Comprehensive training and resources will be provided to fully prepare you for the role. You must demonstrate strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently to achieve your goals.
