Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

For our Talent Acquisition team in Warsaw we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will be responsible for end to end recruitment processes to our Polish entity (IT and non-IT positions). 

Your role: 
  • Taking responsibility for the opening and publication of different new positions, for the selection of the right candidates and for the maintenance of our internal recruiting system Avature (end to end recruitment).
  • Providing expert advice on recruitment and sourcing matters to Hiring Mangers and in cooperation with experienced team members, you will develop and implement search strategies.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong talent pool and being engaged in direct sourcing projects.
  • Cooperating and working on Employer Branding activities in cooperation with team members (eg creating internal and external communication, supporting in organizing promotional events).
  • Actively promote company and job offers using various social medias. 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Minimum 3 years of work experience as an in-house recruiter, preferably within a matrix driven industrial company,
  • Good communication skills spoken and written in English and Polish,
  • Demonstrated ability to look for a broad variety of talents in many different ways,
  • Good user skills in MS Office and recruitment tools for active sourcing such as LinkedIn,
  • Experienced in using applicant tracking systems (Avature would be an advantage),
  • Strong customer focus, are agile and committed with high standards of delivery.
