Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled SAP Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) Developer (all genders) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing SAP CIAM solutions to manage customer identities and access efficiently and securely.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and customize SAP Customer Identity and Access Management solutions to meet business requirements,
  • Integrate SAP CIAM with other SAP modules and third-party systems,
  • Implement identity and access management workflows, including registration, authentication, authorization, and self-service,
  • Ensure compliance with security policies and data privacy regulations,
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP CIAM implementations,
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SAP CIAM and identity management,
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, and business analysts to support the delivery of high-quality integration solutions.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,
  • 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Customer Identity Access Management or similar tool (e.g. Okta),
  • Very good verbal and written communication skills in English (min. B2),
  • Good understanding of identity management and concepts: authentication/authorization, SSO, OAuth2, OIDC, JWT etc.,
  • Frontend developemnt skills with Javascript, HTML, CSS,
  • Backend and integration skills: REST API, Webhooks,
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team,
  • Understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager or technical Expert (video conference, approx. 1 hour)
  • F2F meeting at the office, video conference, or decision on the selection of the candidate and making an offer.
