- You gather and analyze user and system requirements to define clear product needs.
- You document detailed and actionable specifications that guide development teams.
- You facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with stakeholder expectations.
- You ensure that requirements support project goals and contribute to successful product delivery.
- You maintain and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle to adapt to evolving needs and ensure innovative solution development
- You have a higher degree in computer science or electrical engineering (Uni/ETH, FH) or comparable
- You have at least 2 years of professional experience in requirements engineering, ideally in an industrial high-tech or within a product development environment
- You have strong communication and moderation skills, conceptual and analytical abilities
- You possess a strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and requirements engineering methodologies.
- Ideally you have experience with ALMs and requirements tools and frameworks.
- You demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively in a team environment
- You speak English (knowledge of German is an advantage) and are motivated to work in an international environment
