- Degree in any discipline preferably in Business Management or Development, Marketing or related field
- Able to read and communicate in English fluently
- Knowledge of CRM tools and manufacturing industries (e.g. F&B, Pharmaceutical, Chemical) and B2B Marketing
- Basic understanding and appreciation of products and applications in above mentioned industries
- Minimum 6 years working experience in a marketing environment with sound experience in customer database expansion, telemarketing and execution of marketing campaigns (e.g. emailers)
- Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability
- Proven experience in a similar role in a manufacturing industry (B2B), with people management experience
- Able to produce good reports and present well
