Talent Sourcing Specialist (all genders)

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

You will be responsible for finding the right candidates through LinkedIn outreach and other sourcing strategies, including leveraging the latest AI methods. Also providing analytics on candidate market trends.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: identifying candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Using AI tools, Boolean searches and other advanced sourcing techniques to find talent.
  • Market Research: providing insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitor analysis, including developing reports.
  • Candidate Screening: screening candidates based on their resumes.

What You Need to Succeed


  • Previous professional recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken; strong communicator.
  • Interest in AI.
  • A passion for research.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a diplomatic approach.
  • Team player who is dynamic and well-organized.
  • Discreet, able to handle sensitive HR data.

The recruitment process consists of the following steps:
  • CV selection – we contact selected candidates
  • Phone screening with a recruiter (approx. 15 min)
  • Initial interview with the Manager (video conference, approx. 30 minutes)
  • F2F meeting in our office (approx. 1 hour).

The information obligation arising from Article 18 [3ca] of the Labor Code is fulfilled before establishing the employment.
