- Handling emails received from internal / external customers.
- Keeping a control over TAT period.
- Raising SharePoint request for customer master data maintenance.
- Updating customer’s credit limit and payment terms on SAP.
- Preparing and circulating monthly SharePoint report to stakeholders.
- Preparing MIS dashboards and presentation.
- Collaborating with cash application and stakeholders as per requirement.
- Meeting productivity and quality benchmark defined from time to time.
- Ensuring regular communication with Business Unit personnel to ensure issues are resolved immediately.
- Ensuring deliverables as per agreed SLA's.
- Attendance at the early monthly call is mandatory, and it is scheduled to occur once every month.
- Shift time would be either 9:00 pm to 6:00 pm or 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm
- B. Com
- 3-4 years' experience into international customer service preferably into cash collections.
- SAP knowledge will be preferred.
- Telephonic skills should be excellent.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Good communication skills (verbal, written, presentation)
- Strong process knowledge with focus on constantly improving productivity and processes.
