- To achieve targeted sales in assigned regions. This is hybrid role, Telesales+Field Visit.
- Responsible for Lead Nurturing, Closure of "Hot" leads & close the sales. At the same time, keep a track of "Warm & Cold" lead and converting them for future Sales.
- Should have capability to learn technical product information which they should use to understand customer's needs and application to offer correct solution and accessories.
- Timely collection of receivables as per MTIN guidelines.
- Liason between the Regional sales and Service team.
- Interaction with Telemarketing, Database and Marcom Team, SALOGA & Commercial Team.
- Should be able to update leads into CRM and extract this data for meaningful future analytics.
- Product sales- Labtec and Anachem (Hybrid role) Telesales+ Field visit
- Qualifications and Technical Skills: M.Sc/B.Sc in Chemistry or Physics or Instrumentation Engineer and MBA in sales/ marketing.
- Key Competency and Specific Experience: Should have strong sales/ business development background for min 5 to 7 years. Exposure to SAP CRM/ Salesforce would be an additional advantage. On-field Sales experience / Tele Sales is mandatory
