- Achieve net sales and AR target for Contracts + VAS + Call Charge – On Monthly / Quarterly / Annual basis.
- Selling of Services in T account.
- Exploring iBase for New AMC/CAMC Contracts.
- Understanding customer requirement and offering suitable Service solution
- Upselling of Contract by converting AMC to CAMC, Bundling VAS & PM Kit under Contract etc.
- Quick Action on Leads assigned. Responsible for Lead Nurturing, Closure of "Hot" leads & close the sales. At the same time, keep a track of "Warm & Cold" lead and converting them for future Sales.
- Focusing on converting more instrument under Contract, to achieve Contract penetration target.
- Using Service sales tools (E.g. Service Sales Enablement Tool) for customer presentation and service offering.
- Preparing and sending Quotes to customers followed by continuous Follow up, Negotiation and timely closure of lead assigned. Keeping good track of lead assigned and timely Updating Marketing lead dashboard.
- Responsible for entire Service Sales Cycle i.e. Preparing & Sending Quote -> Follow Up -> Negotiation -> Collecting Order -> Order Processing -> Order Booking -> Collecting Advance Payment.
