- Develop and drive effective go-to-market strategies in close alignment with regional sales and marketing teams.
- Define and execute the global software strategy, setting long-term direction for portfolio growth and market relevance.
- Ensure strong product and portfolio management excellence across the iC Suite and Scale Up Systems software lines.
- Lead, develop, and coach a global team, strengthening organizational capabilities and building a culture of shared ownership and continuous learning.
- Foster collaboration with R&D, Instruments, Service, and commercial organizations to ensure cohesive execution.
- Education: Degree in a scientific, technical or business discipline with strong understanding of software driven value creation.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in software strategy, pricing, market development or product line ownership in a global environment.
- Leadership: A minimum of 10 years of professional experience, demonstrating proven leadership responsibilities and commercial decision-making skills, complemented by a collaborative leadership style, the ability to align stakeholders, and a track record of driving progress without unnecessary escalation.
- Technical Proficiency: Ability to navigate complex product ecosystems that integrate instruments, software and service components.
- Languages: Fluent in English, proficiency in additional languages is an asset.
- Willingness to travel: Open to international travel, up to 30%, to engage with key teams and customers.
