- Meet Annual Budget given by the group.
- Managing existing dealer and consistently updating sales pipelines.
- Build up projects pipeline and follow up until completion.
- Weekly updates on leads.
- Establishing new channels.
- Support Regional Marketing Manager in execution of marketing initiatives.
- Communicate and provide product & technical information to dealer and end users using marketing collaterals
- Organize trainings to improve dealers' knowledge and competency to support end users.
- Organize seminars/webinars to end users with the dealers
- Grow the sales for Philippines territory.
- Fast management and update of sales leads
- Plan and execute Sales & Marketing activities on own and with dealers
- Support, train, and manage dealer sales and marketing initiatives.
- Channel expansion and increased dealer competencies
- Sales growth for each individual product lines.
Mandatory:
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline preferably in Life Sciences and Biotech related field
- Minimum 3 years working experience in a technical sales Environment
- Familiar with life sciences segment (products and application knowledge)
- Experience managing dealers.
- Able to create Power Point slides and have good presentation skills.
- Willing to travel within Philippines (and outside of Philippines on a need basis, half yearly frequency)
- Strong interpersonal skills and influencing ability.
