- Enhance sales for existing major accounts.
- Plan and implement activities such as training sessions, promotions, customer events, and incentives.
- Ensure that our product range is presented accurately and comprehensively across print, online, and social media platforms.
- Assist sales teams with customer visits, events, demonstrations, and training.
- Prepare monthly progress reports as outlined by the Regional Sales Manager.
- Maintain comprehensive records in the CRM, including dealer information, contacts, and internal reports.
- Keep track of competitor activities within designated accounts.
- An ability to build relationships and support our customers at all levels within their organisation
- A willingness to travel in UK, Ireland and Nordics
- Have the confidence to demonstrate our products to both dealer sales teams and end users
- A knowledge of laboratory applications and science market
