Laboratory Dealer Manager, UK, Ireland and Nordics

Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

OHAUS is a well-known global brand that offers a variety of weighing equipment, centrifuges, and general laboratory tools, all sold exclusively through our dealer network. We are seeking to expand our team by adding a Dealer Manager who will oversee accounts in the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

We are looking for a Dealer Manager (OHAUS) to join us!

Your responsibilities:

  • Enhance sales for existing major accounts.
  • Plan and implement activities such as training sessions, promotions, customer events, and incentives.
  • Ensure that our product range is presented accurately and comprehensively across print, online, and social media platforms.
  • Assist sales teams with customer visits, events, demonstrations, and training.
  • Prepare monthly progress reports as outlined by the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Maintain comprehensive records in the CRM, including dealer information, contacts, and internal reports.
  • Keep track of competitor activities within designated accounts.

What You Need to Succeed

  • An ability to build relationships and support our customers at all levels within their organisation
  • A willingness to travel in UK, Ireland and Nordics
  • Have the confidence to demonstrate our products to both dealer sales teams and end users
  • A knowledge of laboratory applications and science market
  • A willingness to learn and work as part of a team
