- Responding and resolving customer's technical and/or application questions via phone or email.
- Providing product and application support to global Mettler Toledo Marketing Organizations, OEM, and end-user customers.
- Simulating customer's applications to reproduce them in our facilities and working closely with Thornton Product Management and R&D to resolve associated customer issues.
- Identifying and communicating process improvements, new product ideas, application aids, and other opportunities for Mettler Toledo Thornton.
- Providing training support for internal and external customers.
- Participating in product development teams representing Product Marketing, in helping to define new products.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, life sciences, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years technical, customer service, or related experience.
- Ability to work in a hybrid model; minimum of 3 days a week at our Billerica, MA location.
- Ability to travel up to 25%. Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
